Vintage 70s Palm Beach Lime Green Black Velvet Tuxedo Suit Jacket Pants 42 S

Description

Vintage 1975 Palm Beach lime green & black velvet tuxedo jacket & pants. This was a difficult color to photograph...it is lime green.
Features:
Jacket: single breasted with 1 black plastic button, 1 matching button at each wrist, wide notched collar/lapels, 3 exterior pockets, single back vent, 1 interior pocket, shoulder pads for fit & form & fully lined.
Pants: Zipper with 2 wide chrome hooks & eyes at the waist, buttons for suspenders / braces, adjustable tabs on the exterior of the waist band for fit, hand pockets, 2 back pockets....1 with button closure, slightly belled bottomed, satin strip on the outseams & not cuffed.
The jacket is marked size: 40 S & the pants are marked size: 39 S.  Please refer to my measurements & compare to a similar garment you own.  Measurements were taken with the pieces laying flat & across the front of the jacket.    Measurements are approx...I am not a tailor.
Jacket:
30 1/4" Top of shoulder to bottom, 42 1/2" Chest at underarms, 40" Waist, 17 5/8" Shoulder seam to shoulder seam, 24 1/4" Shoulder seam to end of sleeve.
Pants:
39" Total
out seam
...including waist band, 28 5/8" inseam...3 1/2" hem available to let out, 36 1/2" or 39 1/2" Waist depending on which button adjustment you use, 11 1/2" Front rise, 18" seat rise & 22" leg opening.
Condition:  Jacket is without damage, stains...etc.  The pants have a few tiny holes behind the satin strip around knee level.
