MR Limoges Chocolate Pot Cup Saucer Rare Repaired

This is a rare set of MR Limoges Chocolate Pot with a Cup and a Saucer. There’s no marking on the pot itself, at least not visible. Instead, the tiny cup and Saucer have MR marking, respectively. The marking on the cup is painted with gold gilt in the center of the bottom. You need to tilt it to see the marking. The marking on the sauce is hand painted with classic green color.
More unusual is the repair work: it’s stapled on with two staples. Absolutely fascinating masterful craftsmanship on the repair work! It adds to its authenticity and character. The small cup has a tiny chip on the opening. Hardly see, but you can feel it. The pattern, the style, so elegant, the marking and repair craftsmanship make this one of kind.
Dimension: the pot is about 9 1/2” tall with lid; the cup is about 3” tall and 2” diameter; the saucer is 4 1/2” diameter.
