    Stunning plates decorated for the high end importer, Charles Reizenstein of Allegheny, PA.
    The heavily gold encrusted rim was also repeated on the foot of the plates on the back to
    prevent scratching the plate underneath (see photo #9 & #10).  Each plate has 5 different
    bouquet of flowers in cartouches within the gold verge.
